The pekora card in this scene uses a custom headmod, which means that replacing the character will result in a loss of expression animations.
As far as I know, the only solution to this is giving your card the same headmod.

I'm kind of bummed this has no sound. It'd be really hot to hear their voices, breathing, thrusts and hits.
