Dev log #13

Hi everyone!

Hope you're all having a great day and month so far! Here to give you a bit of update regarding the progress for chapter 3.

It's been... Going a bit slow these last 2 weeks, to say the least. Not because I haven't been working on it, I actually am, but because I keep writing and rendering the scenes only to keep scrapping them for a better idea (Happened three times...). And unfortunately because of this, there wasn't much progress compared to my previous dev log, so I apologize about that. Good news is, I was finally able to overcome that slump, so it's going a lot smoothly now. I should be able to get a substantial amount of progress by the end of the month.

Currently, the progress is at 670 images and 18.5k words.

Next is, I'd like to announce that a French translation is now available. Really big thanks to them as they took a huge amount of time and effort to make it. Big credits to Hem for the translation and Ermiance for proofreading and corrections. The french translation are now available in itch, and in the pinned post here in Patreon. Hello!

It's with great pleasure that I'm offering you today a translation patch for French speakers for chapters 1 and 2 of Wild Cats! I've been working on this patch for several weeks with the permission of the creator Lopaphi, which I thank here . I wanted it to be as close as possible to the original version.
Even though some choices had to be made and some puns couldn't be translated with the same dose of humor as the English version, I think the alchemy works well.
But I'm convinced there are still things that can be improved and that mistakes still creep in. So please feel free to give me feedback on these translations so that I can improve the patch as needed! You can find the downloadable patch here:

To install it, simply unzip the ZIP and copy the entire "french" folder into the "tl" folder in "WildCats-0.2-pc\game\tl" along with the other language folders. Installation instructions are also in a "readme.txt" file inside the ZIP, if needed. I hope you enjoy this patch for loyal fans of the game, and a very enjoyable experience for those new to the game.
