He can bring a fresh offensive mind with modern concepts to pair with Rodgers' amazing talent, and I think he would ACTUALLY use Jones like he's supposed to be used as well, so that's a plus. If I were the Packers he would be my top choice. Substitution is an interesting topic. I might be able to do something on that over summer!
