Progress Report - 08/01/2022

I spent most of my time last week writing out the scenes. I didn't get a whole lot of renders done, but the story is pretty much complete except for celebrate. That means all I really have left is the renders.
There are a lot more reveals in this one than I anticipated. The story is going to pick up quickly in this release, and it gets wild. It's not going to be a grounded story after this, not that it was before if you consider Suzi. Starting in Chapter 3, things are going to moving right along.
I have some great news, and this is important. I did finally quit my day job. I've been trying to for months, but they couldn't find a replacement and I didn't want to leave them without anyone to do the work. This means I'll have about 10 extra hours a week to spend on making visual novels. It's not a ton of extra time, but it will make a difference.
We should absolutely be on schedule for a mid-August release. I'm going to put work extra hard to get this finished before the 22nd.
I am changing the direction I'm going with Nixie and Bliss a tad. Not everyone is going to love it, and that's okay. Also, every render in this scene is turning out beautiful. I'm excited to show all of you the entire thing.
