Progress Report - 01/31/2021

Dear Fans,

The final release of Avalon is tomorrow. The Bonus Act is complete and with it, the story for Avalon is officially concluded. I deeply appreciate all your support and I hope you enjoy this Bonus Act. 

As soon as I finished the final scene for Avalon, I started working on Penny's game. I've already got some images rendered and a portion of it written. There is an enormous amount of work to do before the first release for Penny's game though. I'm estimating that it's going to take me three months so we should see a first release around May but I'll keep you all posted with my progress. 

MAJOR CHANGES

I said I was going to have some announcements when I finished Avalon's game and here they are:

Penny's updates will release two weeks early to patrons. That means the public version will be available two weeks later. There are no staggered levels for this, all patrons will get the update right at release. 

The progress report will now be for patrons only. This will be the last publicly available progress report. The live stream renders I do will also be for patrons or by invite only. 

I've also added a $50 and $100 dollar tier, although I would recommend an annual subscription to a lower tier as the high dollar tiers aren't going to offer much in the way of additional content. They're simply there for those that are eager to throw big money in support. 

I'm going to change up the Progress Tome. I'll have more information on that later as I haven't put together exactly what the changes are going to be yet. 

This may not be a popular decision but I need to give incentive for people to support me. Unfortunately, it's expensive to make these VNs. In order to grow and put out better content, I need to hire on help and to always have the best available hardware. I want to provide you guys with the best work that I can. These changes are to fuel that goal.

PENNY FOR YOUR THOUGHTS

I'm not going to give too much information about the plot for Penny's game but I will say a few things. There will be two MCs which will be Penny and Cassian. Each MC will have three love interests. I'll be putting out Concept Art of the love interests once in a while alongside progress reports. Concept Art means that the final product could be different. 

I'm going to include all the nifty additions that I made to Avalon in Penny's game such as the Gallery, Opacity Slider, Named Saves, etc. We'll also have some new features that I'll be working with a partner to sort out and get coded properly. I'll release some new features for Penny's game within the Progress Reports as I implement them. For now, here's some Concept Art for Cassian's first and main love interest:

Teresa Bethany 'Tessabeth' Lake will be Cassian's roommate. She'll have an innocents similar to Avalon but with a spunky and jubilant personality similar to Xianne. She will be inquisitive and eager to learn from Cassian and he'll be extremely protective of her. If you're a little unsure of the hairstyle, I plan to tone it down or possibly change it completely. 

I want to thank you all again for supporting me. I'm so glad I was able to finish a novel and I'm proud of Avalon's final product. Once again, release is tomorrow at 7:00 AM CST. I'm just sure you're going to love it!
