2025-04-08 17:50:18 +0000 UTCThere are nice priced properties in TN and same benefits as Florida with no state taxes & home owners & car insurance is less then in FL, since not so many natural disasters. You have more sun & less cold but still have seasons. Good luck with the decision, it’s hard.
