A solid review, but a bit of a mess. Sorry about that.
Suggestion:
- Work on sweeping bar in off of the floor/past the instant of separation (maybe work on adjusting your start to keep from dropping your hips and pushing the bar forward)
- Pull to knee, pull to mid thigh complex to work on keeping the bar closer throughout the pull and initiate the transition under the bar sooner
