The Slack Group and Discord Server

For day-to-day communication and text chat, we use Slack. Please be aware that members of this Slack group are both fans of ttrpgs as well as publishers, podcasters, and other ttrpg industry folks. Everything we say in the Slack is 100% private and not to be shared outside of it. Here is a link to the Slack group (good for 8 days):

We only use Discord for organized audio chats and Gauntlet Con. Links to it will be available in Slack as needed. 

RSVP Priority for Gauntlet Hangouts

As a $7 Patreon supporter, you get early access to RSVPs for all new Gauntlet Hangouts games that get posted. We need you to take the following 3 steps right away:

1) Join the #g_hangouts channel on our Slack and turn on all the notifications for that channel. 

2) Join the Gauntlet Hangouts G+ Community and turn the notifications ON (Note: this is different than the main G+ Community):

3) Sign-in to the RSVP Site. Once you have signed into the RSVP site please let me know in a comment on this post so I can mark you as a $7 Patron:

Please note that demand to play in Gauntlet Hangouts games is VERY high. Give yourself the best shot to get in the games you are most interested in by following the above steps. Also, please understand that new games get added all the time (some months we have as many as 150 sessions). Additionally, many games get organized off-calendar in our Slack Group. 

We are excited to get to know you! Don't hesitate to chat with folks in the Slack group. Everyone is very friendly and very helpful. We are a community first and foremost, and we love welcoming new members.
