Poll Time - Choose your destiny!

Sorry for the delay getting this poll up! We actually spent the better part of 2 weeks discussing an official translation after a publisher contacted us, we didn’t end up coming with an arrangement we were both happy with so we’re back to work as usual! The publisher hasn’t announced anything yet so we don’t really want to give more details at this time but the whole process was friendly enough and we certainly learnt a few things.

This time rather than have a dedicated post for suggestions before the poll we decided to pick games that were popular, fit our or your interests and we were comfortable doing, although we did take suggestions and hear peoples thoughts on Discord!  

First of all some honourable mentions that didn’t make it on the poll -

ONE – SYOTA – A really popular side scrolling game by excessm (author of Parade Buster!), we wanted to add this one to the poll but it uses an engine we aren’t familiar with (2D Fighter Maker 2nd). We tried to find some way to do this game but unfortunately we weren’t able to. In the future if it becomes possible we’ll certainly consider doing it! Feel free to contact us if you have any ideas!

Salvation – A game I really liked the look of! (Catgirls are best girls) The author Cylmencia recently showed interest in doing their own official translations so while we don’t know for sure, it feels like a lot of authors that decide to do official translations consider doing their entire library so we didn’t think it was worth the risk starting this one for now.

Hamlet – This one is actually has someone working on a translation, while they list it as a partial they seem to be doing more than just the UI and even have a strawpoll taking suggestions for which girl to translate next! 

Now for the games that did make it!

[RJ163505] / [RE163505] MANGE II -Neohistorical Ero RPG-

This one would be our choice! A game with great art, great music and a great variety of girls.

I actually stumbled upon this one after seeing the authors upcoming game which piqued my interest too. While a relatively obscure game, the content looks great to us and we really love the alternative historical setting (Mystical Ninja is one of our favourite series!), from what we’ve seen the writing looks like it’ll be fun to translate and localize.

H-Content is reasonably vanilla with some “Submissive male” scenes mixed in, focusing on the girls often giving their aid to the protagonist.

A popular game featuring everyone’s favourite type of monster girl – succubi! (Obviously catgirls don’t count as monsters)

With that kind of content in the game, it’s no surprise this one was popular! We know how much you like your reverse-domination and monster girls!

[RJ181931] / [RE181931] Succubus Rhapsodia

Another Succubus game that was on our last poll too. Everything about this game seems really elegantly done from the art, to the battles, to the music, to the UI.

The H-Content seems to be entirely H-battles and like most other Succubus Games, features a submissive main character but then like we learnt with Succubus Prison, you’re hopeless before the power of a Succubus.

[RJ138193] Cecilia of the Holy Sword ~The Soul of Knights~

A more typical H-game where our heroine has to avoid losing if she wants to avoid a terrible fate!

The single game on our poll which is focused on female-defeat style content with a medieval fantasy setting. A surprisingly popular game both in sales and on various western sites, clearly the cover doesn’t do it justice!

Featuring a female knight protagonist with most of the H-Content being focused on her defeat at the hands of her foes.

[RJ199731] / [RE199731] The Three Charms

A game featuring an androgynous male protagonist, another survival game similar to Succubus Prison where your goal is to escape from the various monster girls trying to entice the protagonist!

So there we have it! Five more games for you to decide from, hopefully there’s something for everyone on the list and hopefully there’s a couple of options you wouldn’t mind winning.

As always there were a lot of other good games/potentials we didn’t add and just because they didn’t make it this time doesn’t mean they won’t get added in the future! (One day someone will suggest a game with great Yuri content – do any even exist?)

And for those asking, we are still working on the Succubus Prison final DLC update, we were a little delayed because of the potential official translation but it’s coming along nicely.
