Belly slowly on the mend
Added 2024-03-05 08:44:18 +0000 UTCHoping to get past this plateau once and for all, and been a bit of a scare after some recent heart rate, BP , and stomach troubles, I wanted to make sure it was fine before proceeding. My father is very sick and was spending time with him before an important cancer surgery.
I hope to be a little bit more active here and post more consistently, from now on.
