The password is "BeepBeepBeep". You will then be able to download the game from there, and updates will be posted to that page.
If you use Steam, you will need to opt into the beta branch. To do that, go to Steam, right-click on Runes of Pandemonium in your library pane, properties, betas, type the beta password "BeepBeepBeep" and check it. You should be able to automatically download the new versions as they come up.

You must have completed the LRT, and then a work terminal will have a request called 'Sector 96 Repair Bay' on it.
