2025-02-24 01:33:46 +0000 UTCIt was very briefly mentioned in the OVA that Puck had the power to destroy the entire world if he used all his mana. So, I think it's safe to assume he will do just that if something happens to Emilia. Love the cinematography in this episode. It gives both the viewers and Subaru himself the realization that this is not just some fun isekai world where you can mess around and do whatever. It's dangerous physically and mentally I also like the convo between Betelgeuse and Subaru. He called out Subaru as fake crazy because he still reacted accordingly: scared, confused, and sad. A real crazy person would not be able to comprehend the things happening to them and react 'correctly.' So for Subaru he is basically acting out just so he wouldn't need to take action, so he is 'slothful' in Betelgeuse's eyes. Again, it was briefly mentioned (I lot of things seem to be very briefly foreshadowed in this show), but they took a detour to the mansion which added on a couple days on the return.

2025-02-23 22:49:38 +0000 UTCJulius basically saved Subaru by having that duel, the consequences of Subaru intervening in the royal selection could of resulted in something way worse like execution but by julius playing the villain he basically saved Subaru from that by already ‘punishing him’ which is why felix said why did u tarnish your career to save this guy
