I don't know if you have already rewatched the episode, or if someone else told you. Regarding Miyata's weight class: Miyata is 5'7" and a half, but because of his natural stockier build, he is pushing himself to an extreme losing weight to make the weight maximum for Featherweight. He 'should' be in Lightweight - same weight class as Kimura - so he doesn't suffer any health detriments.
