I'm really into Mike having a much more plump body shape than the members of the resistance. She's the familiar of a god, and probably gets to partake in many decadent meals and dishes in excess. It makes sense that she would have a much fuller figure than those who've had to make due with what they had on their island during a food shortage and without any trading happening with the capital city.
