IRL when two massive punchers brawl it's over after one fruitful exchange. It's entertainment

2024-01-18 04:30:58 +0000 UTCThis fight always bothers me for two reasons. One, Ippo never went down, even though he consistently have went down to weaker opponents. I understand the reason for it is because he would've lost, but it was the most damge he has taken no one has hit him as hard as Sendo repeatedly. Two, the knockout blow to the temple the way it happened coming from a recovery of him falling. Would've much rather it have happened in an exchange. Even still, I love this fight and it is one of the best in the series imo.
