I’m sure their battles never went flawless but what if the resistance had to retreat because they were clearly outnumbered and in the heat of everything Gorou was struck down and left behind 🏃♂️
Not that anyone left him behind on purpose, but while retreating no one would have noticed and Gorou couldn’t cry for help because he knew he’d be a big burden in that moment, if his soldiers didn’t only have to bring themselves to safety but him as well 🚶♂️he still tried his best to stay conscious
In summary, it’s just very sad really
