They'll repeat the names over time as you get to know the characters. Idk all the anime you've seen, but for the voice of Tatiana (the big mechanical ball that attacked Andy) that you thought sounded familiar...... she's Kagura in Gintama, Happy in Fairy Tail and Edens Zero, and Momo in JJK (the girl with the broom from the Kyoto school). Hopefully that helps pin down where you heard her voice. Also, Juiz (the #1 with the cool helmet) is the same VA as Killhua in Hunter x Hunter.
