I think with Takatsu, they showed him practicing third base along with shortstop - being a bit too greedy maybe - which probably caused those errors when playing shortstop. I was really rooting for him too but with the infield stacked as it is, those errors really hurt him.

2023-06-20 23:08:54 +0000 UTCHeartbroken for Takatsu but those small errors in fielding can really kill you in a tournament. It's unfortunate but I love seeing how inspired he was by Eijuns pitching. I'm sure he'll keep working to make it next time. Koushuus classmates kill me every single time lol they're just ridiculous in the way they think he's a wizard or something lol. Leave the angsty boy alone! Also, Sanada has been regularly on the edge of injured basically this whole series. His pitching form in general puts a lot of strain on his leg so I think he just on and off experiences pain in it randomly.

2023-06-20 19:40:03 +0000 UTCAsou and Seki (he always said "Nah") were best friends, so Asou was upset when Seki was dropped from the team. I was also sad that Takatsu wasn't selected, but because the positions in the inside-court were already filled with the main players of the team.
