Wow, after reading the 164-page GCAA Accident Report, I have come to the conclusion that the airline manufacturers need to add a LOUD alert when the TOGA button is pushed and the system doesn't allow the throttle up to full power. Something like; "TOGA inhibited - USE MANUAL throttle!",,, 😲
