This is barely an add-on but nonetheless something I've been finding very convenient. It's very simple: you press Shift R, then you press either X, Y, or Z to rotate your object by 90 degrees along the specified axis.
I can't think of any scene in which I haven't had to rotate stuff by precisely 90 degrees and either having to type it in which requires you to change your keyboard grip, or to hold ctrl and adjusting the rotation dial manually which takes time. Your precious time is gett...

This render is based on the real life location "Sheets-Goldstein" house, designed by John Lautner.
This was really fun to make because everything is basically concrete. So as soon as I figured out a procedural way to model it I could just block everything out and play around with different shapes and not have to worry about UV unwrapping or tweaking shaders etc.
Feel free to do god knows what with it :)

Here's a little add-on that'll add a noise texture setup when you hit Alt-N. Idk if you guys'll find it useful or not and honestly It's not that crazy. But I like to optimize my workflow as much as possible and adding this same string of nodes is something I find myself doing way to often to not automate it.

Here's a trick I use to minimize noise artifacts and flickering. I see a lot of splotchy and flickery renders mostly due to low samples and hopefully this'll be able to help a little. (it works even better if you do it before denoising as you sort of get double the samples, but then you'd have to use an external denoiser)

I honestly don't know where that human model is from so I don't know who to credit it for. My only contribution to the model itself is that I made his cheekz more voluptuous just in case you were wondering why he's so damn thicc. Anyways, this isn't anything crazy, just my start file. Here's a video where I talk about my thinking process when it comes to creating city streets and getting the right feeling and essence of them. Something I came to realize only a couple weeks back is how you can think of your 3d art almost like how a good painter does. That is, breaking scenes down into essential lines and shapes of color, focusing more on getting the feeling right through art direction rather than thinking inside the box.
