Sure but he has a lot to deal with and hes just one man. If Zono was so mad he couldve helped instead of crying about it.

Okay something to mention. Nabe and them do not want to quit. They want to stay on the team. They care about this team as much as everyone else, they simply don’t have the motivation for actually playing/practicing. So for them, their anxiety comes more from the fact that they don’t feel they deserve to be on the team. So in that moment, when Nabe went to Miyuki, he really was going because he wanted confirmation that it was okay for them to be on the team, even if they were less motivated. In return though, Miyukis response was “if you want to quit, quit” which is the last thing they’d want to hear. Instead of convincing him that not having motivation is okay, and that they still belong to the team, Miyuki just jumped to the assumption that they wanted to quit and gave off the vibe of almost confirming their fears. Now like you said, Miyuki is new to this, and Nabe should have explained himself better. I suspect Nabe didn’t know how to really say what he wanted to. I don’t blame Miyuki as he’s learning, as they all are. Still though I do believe he didn’t handle the situation well, which is why Zono was angry. For Zono though, yelling publicly at Miyuki, messing up the team balance and not making an attempt to help either is also not the correct way to handle it. He’s an emotional guy so I think like with Miyuki we can identify that he is learning his role in the team and this is an important part of his development too.
