Yes you found two of the changes in the OP...We can now see Shin's brother and yes, you are correct that last scene in the OP will change as we lose people. Great reaction and yes there is a lot to unpack from these episodes. You caught the big reveal.

When Lena asks "Do you mean... his body?" as Shin says he has been looking for his brother for the past five years, he says "No", so he is actually looking for something else. However I think you already figured it out since you've watched ep6 lol
