Krita Test

I was feeling like I've been stagnating with Clip Studio Paint, so I wanted to try experimenting with something else and so far I'm having a ton of fun drawing again using this new program, I think a change of scenery is doing me a lot of good.
After some studies and doodles, here's my first real attempt at a drawing in Krita. For a first piece I'm really happy with it! In Clip Studio Paint I normally draw using a ton of layers and brushes, but this was made on 1 layer with 1 brush and took slightly under an hour to make, which is kind of insane to me. The entire process in Krita feels a lot more natural and fluid.
Since I'm still learning the program, instead of throwing out most of my work, I figured I'd share my Krita WIP pics, drawings, and doodles exclusively here on Patreon and on my Discord server. I figured a few people might enjoy the extra art, even if most of it might be rough or unfinished.
I'm starting off with a generic pic of Syynx because my Discord account got hacked right around the time I was picking up Krita, so I thought it'd be nice to start the new Discord account off with a new PFP drawn in Krita.

With CSP I kind of hit a wall and every pic was taking ages and when something didn't look right it took forever to fix. I'm really excited to learn more and improve my style using Krita, hopefully before long I'll be able to create some awesome stuff for you all <3
