So a few things. 1. Toudou was referring to CONSECUTIVE Black Flashes, meaning in a row. The very first one doesn't count as part of that bunch because it was used a "while" ago, and Yuuji did a bunch of other combos after that. So that Black Flash rush was four consecutive times, and Yuuji used it for a total of five in less than an hour (if I recall correctly). 2. At the River, Toudou swapped Yuuji with the special-grade cursed tool that Maki dropped. Megumi told him about it, so Toudou planned to bring the fight back over there to use it. 3. Hanami's flower was gonna unleash a concentrated cursed energy beam or some shit, not the Domain. He was gonna unleash the Domain separately so that it would be guaranteed to hit. If you recall, Domain Expansions basically give the user 100% accuracy with their techniques, that's why MOST ppl caught in one are pretty much instantly dead, unless they have a more powerful one to override it.
