Hitomi's feet are more tan then the ones in 3rd pic so I don't think it is her. I do think there is a very high chance it is an unnamed female student though.

It looked like the person was sitting on a couch so I thought it was at Minori's house but after looking again and seeing couch's surrounding a book shelf in the library map from the previous update I think the scene takes place there
