I'm just dropping by to tell you that tomorrow the programmer will finish the code to interact with the NPCs, so we'll have a 3D map in which you can walk around and interact with people. He has coded the new 3D camera in a new project based on a clone of Pact of the Ancients, our 3D game with gameplay aspects. This means as soon as we decide to implement creatures/monsters in the game we'll be able to use the mechanics we have in Pact.

Quick Update

Hello everyone!

First of all, thank you for your patience. We've been working hard to have our prototype as soon as possible and considering this week the main programmer has returned from his vacation, next week I'll show how things are going. For now, I'd like to say what we have:

• the first scene of the game is already written and reviewed. It's renders are also done - we have almost 30.

We've started to run some tests for our new game and the renders below are the results we had for our MC. He hasn't a proper narrative yet; the only thing I'd like to have for it is that it's not a story centered on university stuff. Maybe he works on something very ordinary like he is a pharmacy attendant or anything like that. It's happening! Our new 3D game is working!

Guys, it's happening!

We were able to import the Daz model on Unity and implement the animations (something that I was worried about). As you can see on the video, you'll be able to walk around the scenario and interact with it. Please, ignore the lighting configuration, we have fixed it already. 

Tomorrow I'll post a few renders the trainee made for the MC (there is one NSFW version for each one) and for the first scene of the game.

Hello guys! After my post with my initial thoughts for our new 3D project, Tom suggested making an Urban Fantasy with REAL scenarios. And I started to think about that.
