honestly, the twins have a point about feeling tricked. Haiji got them to run in episode two by convincing them that they'd be famous and adored by women and they never questioned it because not a single person on the team besides Kurahara really said otherwise. the twins are VERY trusting people, plus they're the same age as Kurahara so they only just left highschool, of course they'd trust their kind older friend.
