Normally I would hold subsequent polls to determine the specifics of a game over scene, but I felt there were two unique opportunities with Springtrap and since there's going to be two scenes I want to finish them as quick as possible. Springtrap's first unique attribute is that she's the only sex bot who is going to have canonical control over the security doors, making her the ideal candidate to have a "stuck in door" animation where the player is trapped.
The second unique attribute, and the reason there's going to be two game over scenes is that she's the only sex bot naturally capable of pegging the player. Since there's a sizable portion of the audience who really doesn't want to see that, there's going to be one scene with pegging and one without. Which scene you see will depend on your settings, if Springtrap's settings have her without the penis or strap-on enabled the pegging scene will never show up. I'm still figuring out how or if I'm going to include an option for players who want to see the strap on in gameplay but removed for game over scenes.
As for how the scene is going to be triggered, I decided to go with purchasing a special item from Mangle's shop. Since purchasing/using the item will increase the difficulty I'd like there to be an extra reward for it as well. I'm thinking it will be something like a cryptocurrency miner that lets off a sound when it over heats that attracts the attention of Springtrap.
