Under the "Patron Rewards" menu, if you're using the public build you'll have to get and submit your access code.

If I'm going to be re-rigging a mesh I'd like to improve the rigs as the one I made for the male model has numerous issues. ALso you can't trigger the threesome yet, it's only available from the patron rewards menu.
