This week I finally finished Label 14. Together with the setup from Label 13, it's a bit over 400 static renders and 2600 animation renders. That makes it by far my biggest scene up to this point.
I had to reopen label 3 because I had forgotten to include a scenario that can occur if you reject a certain LI in chapter 1. That's the annoying thing about stories with decisions that affect the entire duration, but it makes it a bit more dynamic. I saw that a person started to create a mod for this game, so now there’s finally something to do for him.
I want to wait another 1-2 weeks with my estimates for the release. I had originally hoped to get at least the Tier 3 release pushed into February, but that probably won't be possible. After completing the first version of the dialogues, I realized that I still had a few places to fill here and there, but I had misjudged the scope. I started with just under 16500 words and according to the current count there are just over 22000. The remaining missing labels are all big ones and there are still dialogue additions that I need to insert for those. As you can see, this chapter is going to be a big boy (Chapter 1 was 16300 words in the final version).
