[WIP] Terran Liberator

Naturally, they don't need armour of any kind. They're as swift as they come, and have the most overcharged shields and exo equipment. If you know them as friends, they're as compassionate as they come; almost therapeutic, really. If you know them as a foe, well, you better hope they're in a good mood.
Though I think the vulture (lady?) needs a name
