2026-01-18 08:35:07 +0000 UTCI only recently realised that, for commuters who head in afternoon peak from Flinders St out to anywhere on the Burnley group, hoping to skip the city loop, the removal of Dandenong group from Richmond station means that that you'll have to take the Frankston train (or Sandringham) to Richmond. And without a boost to frequency on the Frankston line (which I was expecting!), means you might be better off just going around the loop 😅
