Policy Changes - Safe or Not?

Hello all! So it looks like Patreon have recently updated their policies again. From reading this particular bullet point I would think that means that bipedal mythological creatures would be allowed here right?
"Adding nuance under Bestiality: works depicting fictional sexual interactions between a human and an animal from the real world (e.g. a person and a feral wolf) will remain prohibited; however, if the creature interacting with the human is more humanistic than animal (i.e. anthropomorphic, bipedal, and sentient — which would imply the capacity to consent), then that would be permitted."
If so, then I do have a Lara x Minotaur project that's been waiting to be released and was going to be exclusive to SubStar (given the nature of the content), however I think it would be OK to post here as well?
I believe that the Minotaur in Greek mythology was indeed considered to be "sentient".
What do you guys think?
