Late to the party, but I just joined your Patreon....I've watched my father/uncles/granpas prepare many a fish....I would help, but I never was the one to kill them....I did the scaling, cleaning the innards out, and sometimes filleted. And I definitely have gone fishing and caught them. But, I still understand how people don't want to...heck, my own children don't want to...cuz I always said a silent "Sorry" to the fish (couldn't do it out loud and have all those men hear me)
