Let’s say if you watch 6 episodes a week you would finish the whole show in about 10months. 6eps/wk would amount to around a little less than 2.5hrs But if you don’t want to do the whole show maybe do a certain amount of episodes from each season?

However, if you have no intentions of watching more than a few episodes, I'd say watch some favorites. It would be helpful though to watch those favorites in timeline order just because in 10 seasons, there are a lot of storylines.
