Excalibur was one of the announcers actually just so y’all know. It wasn’t uncommon in this era to have big names like this on independent shows because the WWE shunned this style back in the day, and AEW didn’t exist yet, but fun fact, the Bucks were only actually allowed to work this specific independent company at this time because they had a contract with Ring of Honor, and same thing with Adam Cole, and they didn’t want their wrestlers working other independent shows and risk getting injured.
