I think that when I picture Randy Orton in my head, I always default to 2009 Randy despite being a much more active fan in 06-08 and seeing this Randy more. Randy has to have the full sleeve tattoos but still have hair. Bald Randy has never quite clicked in my brain and any time he has facial hair he looks extremely weird to me. So full tattoo sleeves, has hair, no mustache, still on the thinner less bulky side, that's my Randy

I'm assuming he wanted to skip that match as this one probably seemed more important to the story of Orton injuring Cena and Cena returning for revenge where as the Unforgiven match was stuck in the middle of the great SummerSlam feud and the important feud going into No Way Out. Seems like Unforgiven is less important to the Cena Vs. Orton feud then SummerSlam 2007 and No Way Out 2008.

I’m guessing because it was skipped Flynn didn’t want to use a Tally Tier submission on a match that ended in DQ because Cena wouldn’t stop punching Orton in the corner. This was because Orton had punted Cena’s dad in the head at ringside on Raw.
