Really prefer the pacing of these 4v4 wargames matches to the modern 5v5 survivor series version. Also there's a reason you can hear the crowd chanting Bask In His Glory. Kieth Lee is a whole other beast in this era. One of my favorite wrestlers to show off to new fans circa 2019

In short, maxx and Tally tiers will suggest some, and everyone will vote on a few rumbles to watch next month. Mostly because I can't have 30 rumble matches on our list for a single month lol

2024-12-11 17:45:14 +0000 UTCFuck yeah! Love this match. Hopefully Josh forgot that Dijak spoiled who their fourth man was when they had the chat after the Iron Survivor Match reaction. Also Adam Cole wrestled that week on Raw, the night before on SmackDown, this match and then the next night defending the NXT Title against Pete Dunne at Survivor Series. Absolutely wild. This was also just after NXT had moved to the USA Network where Finn Balor returned to NXT and turned heel, attacking Johnny and putting him out of action. Otherwise he would have been the fourth man because he and Ciampa were cool by then. Way back in like the second reaction Josh ever did, he watched Johnny vs Cole at Takeover New York where Ciampa came out and hugged Johnny. Ciampa had suffered a neck injury that derailed what would have been their fourth match, second for the NXT Title, at Takeover New York. To this day I’m convinced that match would have been Hell in a Cell. Also the Cruiserweight Title had become an NXT title when they went to the USA Network before this but Adam C9le had the Undisputed Prophecy where every member of the group would hold a title. Yeah UE had like a little joke where they wouldn’t take the sticker off their merch shirts whenever they wore them.
