2025-02-22 05:05:24 +0000 UTCOh yeah this match is brilliant 1. Bryan is brilliant here as he wears down Sheamus and even sacrifices the first fall to easily get the second and sustain a higher chance of winning the third 2. Sheamus's selling is magnificent, his arm is essentially dead and he has to fight like he's just waking up from Unconsciousness(hence his stumbling "brouge" kick in the third fall 3. This crowd man, Chicago always makes everything feel spectacular and on a different level and that Yes/No segment is just a beautiful example Top 3 for Sheamus and top 30 for Bryan( because he's Bryan Danielsion) Phenomenal match And to think it was only the second best match of that night(hello December submission)

2024-12-04 00:19:54 +0000 UTCI haven't watched the video in full yet, but I have a feeling this will be a bit confusing for you two. One common phenomenon with WWE in the reality era is that the crowd reactions often didn't match the kayfabe moral alignment of the wrestlers. Sheamus is supposed to be the babyface, but is getting booed. And Bryan is a girlfriend abusing heel who gets cheered because fans felt he got screwed over for real. And Michael Cole is playing heel back then, which I'm pretty sure has never been done before or since by a play-by-play. Vince did a lot of seemingly counter intuitive things. There have been reports that especially older Vince took pleasure in making the fans upset. But another reason why some wrestlers reactions were off at time is because there was a massive rift between the older adult fans and the newer kids that WWE fans catering too. Most of the adult fans would cheer many of the heels, because babyfaces for kids didnt appeal to them.

2024-12-03 23:11:51 +0000 UTCAJ Lee is Punk’s wife and she was basically the CM Punk of the women’s division. She outshined every woman on the mic and had the in ring ability to back it up. I hope you look into her in the future. She’s the catalyst for WWE taking Women’s wrestling seriously in the 2010s.

2024-12-03 23:10:17 +0000 UTCThe 18 seconds was bad at the time but looking back, it was a good thing but it was the start of the yes movement that made bryan as popular as he got

2024-12-03 23:05:53 +0000 UTCIncase you didn't notice, Daniel's kayfabe girlfriend. That's the same AJ that is married to CM Punk
