6 day without π

Today is the sixth day without antidepressants.
I thought that a week after stopping treatment I would already feel good, but I was wrong π
Today is the hardest day I feel... still the same fog in my head, like I'm going to faint, constant nausea, weakness... feeling like I'm drunk π
Thanks to my friend for taking me to a restaurant and feeding me delicious foodπ£βοΈ he helped me take my mind off of feeling badβ¨
Hope I feel better soon
