Got sick afterwards and lost all those kilos I spend so much time to put on. <br>I had real bad stomache issues because of stress when i was working for TV Studios as well and nearly died from not being able to eat because my ribcage was poking into it and a semicrushed asophargus from a girl hitting me into it with a brass knuckle made swallowing real food pretty impossible. Peanutbutter and Skyr kept me afloat. (Super cheap as well) Unless you're allergic of course. I dont wanna see you puffy and swollen, unless it's a muscle pump ๐๐ค</span></div></div>
