May only rain, snow, and light fall on the roofs of your homes, not bombs and missiles. May new borders and wars not separate you from your loved ones and the graves of your ancestors. May your country be ruled by decent and righteous people, not scoundrels, swindlers, and maniacs. May your homes be filled with light and warmth, not gaping holes from shells and drones. May slave traders live only in fairy tales, not on your streets. May there be no fear or despair in your children's eyes, and may your arms, with which you embrace them, not smell of earth from cemeteries. And may there remain room in your hearts for love amid hatred, horror, and helplessness. This may seem so little to those who have all this, but it is so much for those who have lost it all.

100% in agreement. Let's hope that 2026 brings some resolution to conflicts in the world and some sanity to the various leaders of waring parties.
