PSD BASE DOWNLOAD - PROTOGEN VILLAGER

Hey everyone! New Horizons is out today and in celebration I have made a cute Villager themed Protogen base for you guys! This base has a couple of extras that I haven't added in previous bases such as:

- Alternative facial expressions (3 to choose from or create your own!)
- Alternative ear set: 2 set version
- Alternative Tail: Short Nub
- Alternative Ground: 1 for each season (Spring, summer, fall & winter!)
- Primagen Version: For Primagen owners only, available via file request!

BASE QUICK GUIDE / EXPLANATION
Within the PSD is 4 folders, the base folder has the Protogen with all layers separated. The other 3 folders contain the alternative pieces such as the ground colour, alt tail / ears and the expressions. Please remember to delete the folders/ layers you do not wish to use when finalizing your piece to keep your customized file all tidy.

To change the ground colour replace the copy of 'summer' in the base folder to the desired terrain. To replace the tail turn on the alt tail layers, erase the old then merge the necessary layers to remove the default tail (Same applies to ears and facial expression)

The layer above the line art layer is a colour overlay to allow you to change the colour of the line-art with ease. The best way to use this is to lock the layer, then apply the colour and it will only colour within the layer beneath it. You are welcome to delete this and just lock the original line-art layer as the alternative too!

PRIMAGEN BASE ACCESS
Primagen version is available via file request. To qualify you will need to be a Primagen owner & Patron. Please contact me via DM and the file will be sent out as soon as possible.

 BASE GUIDE / RULES  
- File is PSD, should work in most drawing programs
- Do not redistribute the base outside of Patreon
- You are free to either 'colour in' the base or redraw the piece (Trace over)
- You are free to add/ change / remove features of the character to resemble desired look!
- You are free to change the species from the original base
- You are free to ask a colleague / artist to help with the base so long as its within our members.
- Make sure to check if the layer is locked/unlocked if you are experiencing issues.
