AllFenom is an awesome dev, and very friendly too, currently developing a 2D, metroidvnania, pixel art game, called Zoria and the Cursed Land. While the game isn't 18+, the NSFW art that Fenom creates for their patreon is worth a detour. Since MWA and MMA lack in the "greenskin" department, we thought you might like Fenom's work.

'Zoria and the Cursed Land' takes place on a mysterious island covered by an eternal fog that harbors unimaginable horrors. Stories tell that everyone who dares to pass by is swallowed by it.

Play as Zoria Dunne, the Cheerful, strong, carefree and impulsive half-orc. Eager to explore the world since she was little. She uses her strength to overcome the obstacles that arise.
