Eula is a stunning character from Genshin Impact, with the elemental abilities to control ice. This includes TWO optional torso pieces, with a cape and without the cape.

2021-09-27 11:08:12 +0000 UTCIt appears to work fine for me, the only reason I can think of which might be causing you issues, is if you are currently using other stand alone mods from other creators, which might be using the same armor ID codes as mine.
