Playtest : Inventor Class, Player's Guides to the Soddenweald, Dragonspring & Seasong Islands

Hello everyone!

We have been hard at work updating our existing player options to the new basic rules, and adding a lot of new choices while we're at it.

You can find all playtest material in the Character Creation Compendium on our google drive. This folder will be updated to the latest versions of playtest document each time an update is released.

Playtest Updates:

NEW! : The Inventor Class

A brand-new class that focuses on crafting gadgets and pioneering new technologies. This playtest includes the first 5 levels of the class, and four subclasses: Alchemist, Armourer, Fireworker and Mechanist.

A number of Inventor characters:

NEW! : Player's Guide to the Soddenweald

A compilation of player options that enables players to create characters native to the Soddenweald and Dryfoot Hill. The documents includes updated Ancestries & Cultures, and also new Backgrounds, Subclasses, and so forth.

UPDATED : Player's Guide to Dragonspring & the Seasong Islands

We've released Player's Guides to Dragonspring and the Seasong Islands before, in anticipation of the new game rules. Now that they're out, we've been able to update these guides to better match the 2024 standard.

Subclasses!

Between the three different player's guides, the following new and updated subclasses are present:

• Barbarian: Brawler (Soddenweald)

• Barbarian: Path of Stone (Dragonspring)

• Bard: College of the Wind (Seasong)

• Cleric: Song Domain (Seasong)

• Cleric: Greed Domain (Dragonspring & Soddenweald)

• Druid: Circle of Growth (Seasong)

• Druid: Circle of the Ooze (Soddenweald)

• Fighter: Bulwark (Seasong)

• Monk: Way of the Weavewalker (Soddenweald)

• Ranger: Slime Shepherd (Soddenweald)

• Warlock: Dragon Patron (Dragonspring)
