Sneak Peek: House of Mimics Papercrafts

Hello sneaky peakos!

Our next patreon project is going to be House of Mimics, a one-shot about a house full of mimics... that is, in itself, ALSO A MIMIC! 😱

We want the theme of MIMICS to be felt in every step of this adventure -- including the papercraft! The adventure will have two papercraft sets that change during play.

The first one is the HOUSE itself.

The house has a MAP on the INSIDE of the structure, that automatically unfolds when the roof of the house is lifted. Below I've inserted a sketch of the map, and a GIF video of the papercraft prototype in action:

The second stage is the MIMIC'S BOWELS!

This will consist of 8 tiles that form a sliding puzzle that the player characters have to solve while they're also fighting off waves of baddies

The FINAL STAGE is the mimic's BRAIN CHAMBER -- in the sketch here, a HEART chamber. This is where the player characters confront the final villain of the adventure and free the mimic's meal.

The PAPERCRAFT and MAPS will be in the next quest pack -- the adventure follows in the month after.
