No Pause Frame - Removes red framing when paused.

This was a request on Twitter. Seemed simple enough so I've created it, but it does not play well with any of my build mods since it uses a shared UI file.
It's just a small quality of life mod that removes the red pause frame from the game.
Install Instructions
1. Open the zip file below.
2. Drag the "Tmex-NoPauseFrame.package" file to your Mods folder. Subfolders are permitted.

Why would anyone not like the red frame? It means your good to get another cuppa joe and dump the last cup of joe at waste extraction.
