Behind The Curtain: Loading Screen Mod
Added 2020-06-28 16:50:52 +0000 UTCSo this mod was actually just for some troubleshooting I was doing, but when I shared the video to twitter some people said they wanted it as a mod. It's already made so I guess why not? 🤷♂️
It replaces all loading screens with the semi-transparent screen, so you can see exactly what is happening while the loading screen is up.
Mostly all you'll notice is that the world is wiped out every single time you travel, and also that when you load a lot from gallery it actually loads the zone and places the lot (presumably to generate the lot thumbnail), then sends the game back to the map view.
Installation:
Download the .package file directly to your mods folder. If you're having trouble, right-click the link and select Save As.

2020-07-02 06:01:27 +0000 UTCIt must be something else. This mod is a single Scale Form GFX file (no SimData files) and I checked Zerbu's, his doesn't have any Scale Form GFX resources.
