ReQuest Pack 02: The Spiral, Characters of Dryfoot & Gatorfolk Race

Hello everyone!

Our first patreon-funded adventure, The Forgotten God, has just come to an end, and in order to say goodbye to this story before we move on to the next one, we wanted to make one last Forgotten God Quest Pack, filled with content that you have requested! You guys posted suggestions for what you wanted to see on this post, and then we compiled all of your requests into a poll for everyone to vote on. The winning requests were The Spiral, Characters of Dryfoot and a Gatorfolk player race option, so without further ado, here's what's inside the final installment of The Forgotten God! - 

The Spiral

A mystical library that exists within its own pocket dimension, accessible through portals located at various nexus points all over the Southern Green, including Dryfoot Hill! Players will be able to find interesting lore and learn new magic within the spiral, and even use it as a gateway to quickly travel from place to place - if they've got the funds or the clout!

The Spiral pack contains:

• A printable map to help players navigate the mystical library
• A double-sided printable leaflet handout through which the characters can learn all about the Spiral's rules and services.
• A GM guide to the Spiral with rules and rolling tables, explaining who runs the spiral, how players can enter and navigate the pocket-dimension, and how they can find what they're looking for.
• 3 item cards with scrolls and tomes that can be found inside the Spiral.

Characters of Dryfoot

This pack introduces 12 new characters, divided into sets of four: Swamp Folk, Traders of the Exchange and The Well Connected. These characters are presented on handy character cards with a portrait and name on one side to show to players, and a common quote and character traits on the other side to help the Game Master role-play the character. Each character comes with a small benefit or aspect that can help the players, or move the story along.

The Characters of Dryfoot pack contains:

• Swampfolk: 1 sheet of printable Character Cards, featuring 4 characters from the swamplands that can be found in every layer of Dryfoot society. 
• Traders of the Exchange: 1 sheet of printable Character Cards, featuring 4 characters that can be found around the Exchange and the docks.
• The Well Connected: 1 sheet of printable Character Cards, featuring 4 characters that are well connected in the city of Dryfoot.

Player Race Option: Gatorfolk

The wild magic bubbling up all over the sodden swamps surrounding Dryfoot Hill produces all sorts of magical oddities and strange creatures. Among them are the Gatorfolk - giant crocodilian humanoids that love company and build strong familial bonds. Enjoy having a powerful bite, stalking the marshlands or just basking in the sun? Than playing a Gatorfolk might be for you!

The Gatorfolk pack contains:

• 5-page Gatorfolk Player Race option guide, including 3 "subraces" in the form of nest families.
• 1 sheet of printable Character Cards, featuring 4 eccentric Gatorfolk characters that players can encounter around the Soddenweald or in Dryfoot Hill.
• Gator Family printable black and white illustration.
• Gator Family hand-painted color print.

This ReQuest Pack is the final update of the Forgotten God adventure. We will keep supporting this adventure with minor edits and updates as required, but the main story is now complete. You can find a full overview of The Forgotten God in the TFG Complete Campaign Guide post. 

Next month, we will release Quest Pack 01 of our new adventure: Stars of the Sea. You will be able to play it as a direct sequel to the Forgotten God, or as a completely new story! We are excited to start this next chapter of our Patreon campaign, and look forward to visiting a brand-new environment, with a new magical city and its idyllic chain of tropical islands.
